While the Dent d'Oche is extremly poular, the Château d'Oche still offers a quiet hike.
Especially nice is the traverse, where it is very likely to see ibexes. On my hike,
I met a herd of at least 50 beasts, scattered in small groups over the S-SE flank.
4 hrs in an easy pace and taking loads of pictures.

The combination Château d'Oche - Dent d'Oche is described in the old book of Labande.
